Moore & Van Allen

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) is an AmLaw 200 firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving regional, national, and international clients across a wide range of industries. With more than 400 attorneys and professionals, the firm delivers legal insight that helps clients thrive in complex markets.

Project

The redesign needed to replace a conventional format with a look that better reflected the firm’s culture and client-first perspective. The goal was to create a modern digital presence that conveyed MVA’s depth and distinction with impact and purpose.

Moore & Van Allen law firm website design shown across desktop and tablet, featuring a clean modern layout with bold imagery, homepage hero, firm overview page, news and insights section, and attorney profile.

The Design Strategy

The visual strategy centers on a grid-based system to establish a sense of architectural order and consistency across the platform. Strategic white space and a refined typographic scale reduce the visual density typical of AmLaw 200 sites, creating a journey that feels open and effortless. Subtle interactive motion is integrated to add a layer of modern energy without distracting from the firm’s core insights and expertise.
